It means that it is better to be a source of enjoyment as well as instructions and imparting education.
Let us now consider the merits of television. At first, it is a means of entertainment. We are tired of our daily work and different kinds of worries. We want some enjoyment and we can see and hear our favorite artists at home. It prevents our children to wander outside.
